Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handcrafted and consumable nature of our ladoos, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Taste preferences
- Delayed delivery caused by logistics providers
- Incorrect address or contact information provided at checkout
Eligible Cases for Return Consideration
Returns may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:
- The product was damaged or leaking on arrival
- The order was incomplete or incorrect (wrong item shipped)
In such cases, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery, along with visual proof.
How to Report an Issue
To request a return review, please follow these steps:

- Attach photos or an unboxing video clearly showing the issue
- Provide a short explanation of the problem
We do not accept return requests raised after the 48-hour window.
Final Review
Once your request is reviewed, our team will determine whether the item is eligible for return or replacement. All decisions taken by Siza’s Enterprises will be final.
