Non-Refundable Products
All products listed on maakeladoo.com are non-refundable once delivered, as they are perishable food items. We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Taste or texture preferences
- Delays caused by courier partners
- Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
Exceptions Eligible for Refund
Refunds may be issued only in the following rare cases:
- Product was damaged during transit
- Incorrect item was delivered
- Product was leaking, tampered with, or unfit for consumption on arrival
To be considered for a refund, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be:
- Issued to the original method of payment
- Processed within 7 business days
- Reflected in your account depending on your bank or payment gateway timelines
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is successfully processed.
Final Decision
All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Siza’s Enterprises, and we reserve the right to refuse any refund request that does not meet the outlined criteria.
